You received this error because the "Shift" key was also pressed when clicking the "Login" button or hitting "Enter" on the single sign-on (SSO) window

1. Try logging in again by closing this window and the SSO window
2. Before clicking "Login" or hitting "Enter", ensure the "Shift" key is released.
